1. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Your Content

You may provide content to the Services (including documents, knowledge sources, and chat inputs) ("Customer Content"). You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Chat Pilot a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute harmful or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or interfere with service operation.
  • Reverse engineer or abuse the Services, including rate limiting and security controls.

4. AI Outputs

The Services may generate responses using AI. Outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g. connectors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

6. Fees and Billing

Certain features may be offered on a paid basis. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chat Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and take reasonable steps to notify you.
