How credits work

Credits are the usage meter for ChatPilot. Each time your bot generates a reply, it consumes credits.

Usage
- 1 credit = 1 bot message call
- Credits are consumed for replies from both the dashboard playground and the embedded widget
- Credits are checked before every LLM call to prevent unexpected overage
Monthly credits and top-ups
- Subscription credits reset every billing cycle
- Top-up credits add to your balance and do not expire
- If you hit zero, ChatPilot pauses replies and shows this message: You’ve used all your credits. Upgrade your plan or top-up to keep chatting.
